Enjoy an incredible hot and cold Nordic Spa Experience at Cheltenham Lido:

Choose from two different saunas and hop in the cold plunge tanks if you are feeling brave, or take a dip in the stunning Lido to cool off.

From June, the Lido's barrel sauna will be added, giving you the choice of three saunas to experience!
